再現状況:
１、svg要素に、viewBox属性、preserveAspectRatio属性を指定する。
２、text要素を使う

上記の状況下では、text要素の位置がずれてしまって、文字が本来の位置から外れたところで表示されてしまいます。

図形が見える範囲からはみ出したときに起きるバグでした。
