再現状況

Test Suiteの「struct-image-04-t」において、SIE0.64beta、IE8（標準モード）を使用したとき、ビットマップ画像が表示されなくなります。

これは、ハイパーリンクを使用した画像ではなくて、「URIスキーム」という処理を使って、画像のデータをファイルに直接書き込む方法が使われているのが原因です。
