再現状況: SVG Test Suiteの「render-elems-07 (08)-t」を読み込んだとき、文字（SVGフォント）の線の幅が想定よりも狭くなっています。 Win XP SP3 IE8 SIE0.67で確認。

線の幅が異なる原因は、text要素のstroke-width属性をSVGフォントが継承していないためかと思われます。さらなる調査が必要です。
