skf is an i18n'ed kanji converter. Supports CJK codesets, Unicode, as well as language specific codesets like KOI-8. Has various code-conversion features for mail/SGML/TeX/XML processing. Currently 1.99/2.10 are stable version.

System Requirements

For POSIX compliant Unix/Linux/Cygwin/Msys environments. Does not work on 16-bit DOS environment.
