As the rule, all websites hosted here a requested to host the sourceforge.jp logo. Can I edit the code but showing the same logo with the same logo URL?

Discuz! X2 is editable php forum by Comsenz.com but with limits. It do not have to pay for non-commercial use. Our opensource softwares are made with x.NET(Visual Studio), the discuz x2 you see is for users to discuss about the vb source but not the source we are distributing.

You will not display that code, but the page view of your page will not count for this page.

http://sourceforge.jp/projects/ercommsss/stats/

If you understand that, you can edit that code.

By the way, your project page (http://ercommsss.sourceforge.jp/) is used 'discuz! x2'. It is not opensource software and not acceptable to use on the project web server, please replace that to any other opensource system.

Perhaps you misunderstand what the matter is.

Discuz 2 IS NOT a opensource software (non-commercial use only).

These kinds of software can not hosted on sourceforge.jp beacuse it breaks sf.jp term of use.

The items that giving download is web browser source but not the discuz x2 source and it is totally a legal use for us for non-commercial purpose(we are using discuz x2 for non-commercial usage), then why we break the terms or can you explain which term we have broken?

according to the terms on http://www.comsenz.com/purchase/discuzx , we don't think that we violate any terms that we are using it for non-commercial purpose. Here is the quote:

And it also seems that discuz x2 are accepted on many hosting and we are not distributing discuz x2 source that we are not violating the terms of it and it seems not violating your Term of Service. Please check: http://sourceforge.jp/projects/ercommsss/releases/ We do not distribute any discuz x2 source that we do not seem to violating any terms of discuz x2. Or can you point out the part in our websites that works with discuz x2 cause violates your terms of service?

You don't understand what is SourceForge.JP. It is not generic purpose hosting site, it is for Opensource.

the opensource area is 開源程式 that you can see on thr web page. the other contents are put here for easier management and the discuz x2 is for discussions purpose only.
