複数行テキストの項目にurlがあった場合、リンクとして表示するようにしたい

ある会社の社内で使用する場合は、無闇にリンクを追加するのも考
えものかもしれない。
リファラーを送ると、urlから流したくない情報が漏れることがある。
対応するなら、設定で変更できるようにした上でデフォルトはoff
にする予定。

複数行テキストの項目のurlらしき文字をlinkにする機能は付けた。 簡易wikiは未対応。
