OSDN was sold to a mobile app gaming company. They are not doing any more updates.

Any proof to back up your claim? Otherwise it sounds like bullshit.

This site (osdn) is really old-fashioned which could be acceptable if it worked.
But ergonomy is zero.
Please , just drop your software and replace it by redmine, like the beloved but now more or less proprietary hostedredmine.org who is no more usable for newcomers.
