Details

Mac OS X 10.4.11, PowerBook G4 Tenfourbird 17.0.8 Enigmail 1.5.2 Tried 7400, 7450, and G3 build of Enigmail.

In the OpenPGP Setup Wizard, at the Preferences step, Enigmail prompts me to select my gnupg executable. When I select it, it prompts again, until I exit.

Console output:

dyld: Symbol not found: _getrlimit$UNIX2003

Referenced from: /Users/gerard/Library/Thunderbird/Profiles/ippd48gb.default/extensions/{847b3a00-7ab1-11d4-8f02-006008948af5}/platform/Darwin_ppc-gcc3/lib/libsubprocess-ppc-gcc3.dylib Expected in: /usr/lib/libSystem.B.dylib

In Enigmail 1.5.1 it works fine and I do not see this error.

Comment

Thank you for reporting bug.

I forgot to test new enigmail on G4 machine before release it ...

On some reason, enigmail build process ignored 10.4 support settings. After v1.5.1, enigmail's build script have updated. I think it may caused this bug.

Enigmail v1.5.2 binaries were removed from release page. New version will be release ASAP after the bugfix (and after the G4 machine test ;-p).
