I just purchased a Smartphone running Windows Mobile 2003 for Xscale. Is there a version of Tombo that will work on this device? I've been using Tombo a lot on my Pocket PC but would like to add it to my PDA phone if possible.
Thanks

I currently use Tombo on HP/IPAQ HW6515 phone/pda running Win Mobile 2003. It works generally fine. Only issue is that the phone is 240x240, so some things like the Search and option screens hang off the bottom of the screen, but fortunately I don't have to make many changes there.
A suggestion, when the folder view is active, pressing a character to jump to the mext folder/file starting with that char (case insensitive) would be very handy. My device has a full QWERTY keyboard and it would be easier than getting out the stylus and poking down through the list. (I know that the joystick will also walk me through the list and Iuse that a lot too.)
Another is when opening up the search window, to have the focus already be in the search text window, with it fully highlighted. Many times I have started typing, only to have to set that focus then retype.
Thanks for a great product, I love being able to search throug 2 megs of text files in a fractions of a second on my PDA. (It actually takes longer on my desktop because of the slower hard drive access!)

Thanks for the reply. I guess I will have to try it when I get the phone. I have a lot of Pocket PC programs for my Pocket PC and will have to try them all. This phone also has the QUERTY keyboard to.
I like Tombo a lot and have it on my PC and PDA. I synchronize both together each time I connect with Activesync. That way, all my data is up to date. I just hope I can use it.
