I am using Tombo as my Diary tool and I keep 1 week in
a file. If you can add the "Goto Bottom" feature to
the popup menu to scroll the memo to the bottom will
be very helpful. Thanks.

How about "Keep caret" option at "Memo view" tab.

Tombo stores caret position and restore the position
before opening the note.
