Fixed configure.in as properly.

Now we can build tritonn engine from svn as following:

libtoolize -c -f
aclocal-1.9
autoheader
automake-1.9 -c -a -i
autoconf
./configure --with-mysql=XXX --libdir=XXX
make
make install
