SSH heartbeatスレッドの追加した。これにより、IPマスカレード環境において、ルータの
NATテーブルクリアにより、SSHコネクションが切断される現象が回避される。
それに合わせて、teraterm.iniのTTSSHセクションに、HeartBeat エントリを追加。
