SSH2 の 圧縮で none を利用できるように修正した。
ソース整理
  鍵形式・KEXプロトコル・MAC・圧縮の名前や関数を取得する関数を作成。
    これにより定義で順序を入れ替えてもよくなった。
  enum に型名を付けた。
  共通の関数を使えるところで使うようにした。
