マクロ(ttmacro)用送信バッファの分離

- 受信した文字をマクロで判定等を行うために、マクロ(ttmacro)へ受信データを送信する
- 従来は、1つのバッファをマクロとlogで共用していた
- 各々で異なる文字コードを扱えるよう分離した
- マクロ用は ttdde.c,h にまとめた
