ログタブの標準ファイル名に設定できない文字があったので修正

- 修正前の動作
  - strftime() で %c %x %X %Z などにファイル名に使えない文字が含まれる時、
  - ダイアログで設定できない
    - OKボタンを押した後エラーが出て設定されない
    - 時間や日付の区切りに':','/'が使われるため(ロケール=日本)
  - 設定ファイル(TERATERM.INI)に直接設定すると使用できる
- ダイアログでのファイル名の判定方法を変更
  - strftime()でフォーマット後に使用できない文字を置換するようにした
  - 日本以外のロケールでも使用できる
- フォーマット後のプレビューを出すようにした
- ダイアログでのファイル名の扱いUnicode化した
- ログファイル名でよく使うと思われるパターンをドロップダウンで選択できるようにした
