- 修正前
  - GENERATOR_IS_MULTI_CONFIG はプロパティなのに変数として利用しようとしていた
  - うまく参照できていなかった

cmakeビルドで、nmakeを使用するときエラーが出ることがあったので修正

- debug指定でビルドしたとき
  - cmake -G "NMake Makefiles" -DCMAKE_BUILD_TYPE=Debug
- lib/ のファイルは debug 版ではなく release 版をリンクするようにした

ttxsshをdebugビルド時マクロ再定義警告が出ないようにした

- r7949 以外に codeconv.cpp でも警告が出ていた
- ttxssh を cmake でビルドするときにも _CRTDBG_MAP_ALLOC を define するようにした
- ttxssh/CMakeLists.txt を非推奨コマンドをなるべく使わないように修正
