下線属性の文字表示の設定を追加

- 下線属性の設定を追加、設定に従って下線属性を表示するよう修正
- INIに項目追加
  - UnderlineAttrFont
    - font on/off
    - default on
  - UnderlineAttrColor
    - color on/off
    - default on
  - VTUnderlineColor
    - color(R,G,B,R,G,B)
    - デフォルト色は仮です
- その他設定-表示タブに項目追加
  - 下線属性に下線を付加する
  - 下線属性色を有効にする
  - 太文字を文字を有効
    - 設定-ウィンドウの設定にあるものと同じ
- theme editorで設定できるようにした
