色番号を選択したときに、GとBの値がコントロールに反映されない問題を修正

- 色番号が選択される
- 設定値から R の値を読み込み
- R の値をダイアログに反映
- R コントロールの EN_CHANGE イベントで、ダイアログの RGB 値(GとBの値が反映される前)が設定値に保存される
- 設定値から G の値を読み込み
