ログファイル名プレビュの表示内容を詳しくした

- 無効な文字を含んだ時のファイル名も表示するようにした
- プレビュ不要時は表示しないようにした
- filesys_log.cpp 内でのログファイル名の処理を Unicode化
  - 他で使用していないと思われる ConvFName() を無効化した
- TODO
  - tttset.LogDefaultName の Unicode版追加
- ホイールスクロール行数取得に GetDlgItemInt() を使用するようにした
  - GetDlgItemText() + atoi() だった
