- ログダイアログ(IDD_LOGDLG)を追加
  - ログファイルのダイアログ表示に共通関数を使用しないよう修正
    - GetTransFname()#ttpfile を使用しない
  - filesys_log.rc, filesys_log_res.h 追加
  - ログコメントダイアログ(IDD_COMMENT_DIALOG)を移動
  - VS2005,2019,cmake にファイルを追加
- LogVar#filesys.cpp をグローバル変数からファイル内変数に変更
  - APIを追加,Log...()#filesys.cpp
