- tttset.UILanguageFile 参照部分を tttset.UILanguageFileW へ変更
- SetI18nMenuStrs() -> SetI18nMenuStrsW()
- GetI18nStrWA() -> GetI18nStrWW()
- MessageBox() -> MessageBoxW()
- GetCommonDialogFilterW() -> GetCommonDialogFilterWW()
  - GetCommonDialogFilterW() は ANSI版lngファイル名を参照
