- コントロールの属性を調整
  - アクセラレーターを設定
  - タブオーダー、グループを調整
- lngファイルからテキストを設定できるようにした
  - DLG_FOPT_FILENAME_TITLE
  - DLG_FOPT_NEW_OVERWRITE
  - DLG_FOPT_TEXT
  - DLG_FOPT_BOM
- 使用していないテキストをlngファイルから削除
  - DLG_FOPT
