マウス位置が 224 行目以降だった場合に、xterm 形式のマウスレポートで不正な報告をするのを修正。
# 端末の縦サイズを 224 行以上で使う事はまず無いだろうから、実際に問題になった事はおそらく無いだろうけれど。
