OSC 5, 105, 110, 111, 115, 116 に対応

#undef APHABLEND_TYPE2 に出来るだけ対応するようにしていたけれど、そろそろ考えないようにしたいな。
ただ、その為には ALPHABLEND_TYPE2 関連のコードを整理しないと。
