・ssh:// URLをttsshで解釈するようにした。
・ssh1://, ssh2://, slogin://, slogin1://, slogin2:// URLに対応した。
  数字付きURLは、sshのバージョン指定版。
・ユーザ名,パスワードを含むURL(ssh://user:pass@host/)に対応した。
・インストーラで、slogin:// URLに関連付け出来るようにした。 (ssh:// URLと共通)

ToDo:
  URLのユーザ名,パスワードはパーセントエンコーディングされている可能性があるので、デコードするようにする。
