KERMIT:

  - CAPAS(Long Packet, File Attribute)の機能追加。ただし、穴あけが完了していないため、
    条件コンパイル文(#ifdef KERMIT_CAPAS)で無効化してある。
  - teraterm.ini に KmtLongPacket, KmtFileAttr エントリを追加。ただし、現状 on にしても
    有効化できない。
  - 受信バッファが MAXL バイトを超えたら、BOF回避のため、受信処理を終了させるようにした。
