標準ログファイル名の指定をstrftimeフォーマットにした場
合、文字列への変換がされません。

[設定]-[その他の設定]-[ログ]-[標準ログファイル名]
%H%M%S.log

出力ファイル名　%H%M%S.log（変換されずにそのまま出力）

Version 4.53では正常に表示されました。
strftimeフォーマットとは関係ありませんが
"＆h"（接続しているホスト名は正常に変換されました。）
