As it says in the summary. Destabilises whole OS. TT hangs. Task Manager is hung. Icons disappear from taskbar. Have to reboot to remedy. But that's tricky as the malaise spreads to other apps which hang to, so hard to close open docs, before reboot. Using Win10 Pro x64 10.0.18362 Build 18362 i7-6500U 2.50GHz 2 Core 4 Logical Processors 16 GB.
