ViViPlugin for Qt Creator は ViVi のコマンドをサポートする Qt Creator 1.3.1 用プラグインです。
ViVi は (vim ではなく) vi コマンドをサポートする Windows 用テキストエディタです。 Windows の標準キー割り当てと vi のそれが競合する場合は、前者を優先しています。
