Web Publisher 0.9.0を書いてある手順通りインストールしようとしたのですが、
フィーチャーがありませんでした、となってしまいます。
もしかしてWeb Publisherのリンクが切れてないでしょうか？
環境はWInXPでEclipse v3.1.1です。

You can not use Wiki syntax
