モデレータメニューの中にある Certify Public Items のペ
ージでPending アイテムがあるのにかかわらず， 『No
items found.』 が表示される

というバグです．STABLE2では，解決されているので，次回
のマージでカレントもOKになる予定です．

リストにあがっていたので，とりあえず，次回リリースまで
の処理項目（重要度７）として掲載しておきます．

修正しました(CURRENT).
mysql5でアイテム承認画面が常に No items found になるのを修正
しました.
