d3pipesでエラー発生します

ここのsvnからダウンロードしたソースをインストールしようとしたのですが、インストールの第2ステップに入ったところでd3pipesがらみのエラーがでます。

環境：XAMPP 1.6.8とCentOS5 php 5.2.16の両方

Fatal error: require() [function.require]: Failed opening required '/modules/d3pipes/xoops_version.php' (include_path='H:\xampp\xampp-win32-1.6.8\xampp\php\pear\') in H:\xampp\xampp-win32-1.6.8\xampp\htdocs\pack2011_01\html\modules\d3pipes\xoops_version.php on line 9
Warning [PHP]: require(/modules/d3pipes/xoops_version.php) [function.require]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in file H:\xampp\xampp-win32-1.6.8\xampp\htdocs\pack2011_01\html\modules\d3pipes\xoops_version.php line 9

htmlフォルダとxoops_trust_pathフォルダのd3pipesを削除するとインストール続行できました。 別途、試しでd3pipesもフォルダに入れた状態で再度トライしましたが同様にエラーが出て解決しませんでした。

コアがXCL2.1.8だった。。 XCL2.2.0に、　2.2.1ベータのAltsys-Lをextrasから出して、同梱。 その他、パック内容をどたばたと修正。
