Vectorz is a fast double-precision vector and matrix math library for Java. It's meant for use in games, simulations, raytracers, etc., where fast vector math is important. It can do over one billion 3D vector operations per second on a single thread.

DrawView displays Draw files created by the "Draw"
RISC OS application and other compatible
applications. Drawings can be exported to PDF or
PostScript format for printing or use in other
applications.

sK1 is a vector graphics editor similar to
CorelDRAW, Adobe Illustrator, or Freehand. it is
oriented for PostScript processing. It features
CMYK colorspace support, CMYK support in
Postscript, a Cairo-based engine, color
management, a universal CorelDRAW
(CDR/CDT/CDRX/CMX/CCX) importer, an importer for
Postscript, Encapsulated Postscript, and Adobe
Illustrator (PS/EPS/AI), and a modern Ttk-based
(former Tile widgets) user interface.

libmsvg is a minimal and generic library to read and write SVG files. It concentrates on a small subset of SVG to be useful.

tykwa is a Tcl/Tk vector drawing library. It
allows you to draw shapes on a screen and move and
resize them. Items might be multiselected. It has
a simple undo/redo mechanism.

Debrief is an Open Source Java application used to
analyze ship and submarine tracks in 2 and 3
dimensions. The analyst is presented with
calculated performance data during "runs" of the
vessel tracks, and is able to annotate the diagram
before exporting it in WMF format.

SagCAD is a CAD/CAM of 2D.
Designed for the X Window System, it uses the GTK+ 1.2 libraries.
