xpdf-intl is a patched version of Xpdf with
support for localization
using gettext. Xpdf is a viewer for Portable
Document Format (PDF)
files.

Opcion Font Viewer is a Java application that allows you to view both installed and uninstalled TrueType fonts on Windows, Linux, Unix, or Mac OS. Unlike the default font viewers supplied with most operating systems, it allows you to view many fonts at a time, giving you the power to set the sample text shown and font style. This makes it easy to choose the best font to use for graphics and multimedia project.

The Digital Image Gallery System (TDIGS) is a single-file Web image
album, viewer, thumbnailer, and slideshow program. It supports JPEG
and PNG images, supports exif data, and only needs one directory in
which you place your files and one directory in which it can store
the generated thumbnail images. It is themeable with CSS files and
background images.

OpenPictureSpace2 displays a directory full of
pictures in a thumbnail list view. It can display
JPEG, GIF, PNG, and IFF ILBM pictures (including
HAM and EHB specific Amiga modes), and all formats
supported by the SDL_image library. Instead of
showing thumbnails in a grid with a fixed number
of rows and columns, OpenPictureSpace2 packs as
many thumbnails as possible into a every row. The
entire screen space is always used for displaying
the picture.

GKrellKam is a plugin for GKrellM that displays a periodically updated image, such as a
static webcam picture, scaled to fit in a panel.

Vidigi is a QT4-based image viewer. It uses QT's
built-in image support, so only the major file
formats are supported.

Java Picture Organizer lets users build collections of images that
they can search, browse, display, and share with others. An HTML
exportation facility allows Web pages to be generated.

SuperAlbum is a Java-based digital photo album
creation and deployment tool. It features a Viewer
that can be customized and extended. Photo albums
can easily be deployed onto the Web using only two
files. It automatically resizes all images, packages
them up, and prepares them for deployment.

The NightLabs PDF Viewer is an Eclipse plug-in for
viewing PDF files in Eclipse-RCP-based
applications. It contains Eclipse UI components
