GMathml is a pango/cairo based MathML renderer. It
consists of a library with a DOM-like API and a
simple rendering application, gmathmlrender, which
converts a MathML file to either PNG, SVG, or PDF.

PV is a tool to view pictures. It features support
for multiple files specified in the command-line
arguments, auto-skipping for unreadable files,
auto-resizing, zooming in and out with smoothing
techniques, fullscreen mode, picture rotating, and
saving images to PNG files, compatible with XFE
file associations. Current supported file formats
are BMP, PNM (PPM/PGM/PBM), XPM, LBM, PCX, GIF,
JPEG, PNG, TGA, and TIFF.

camwatch is a very lightweight program for X
Windows that fetches, displays, and optionally
archives images from a remote webcam.

NiceSTEP Java Components is a set of Java Beans and standard dialogs that give your Java application the look and feel of N*XTstep, GNUstep, and WindowMaker. It includes useful sample applications: Slide Projector, an image viewer/organizer with integrated slideshow, NiceSTEP Editor, a simple text editor with N*XT style scrollbars, NiceSTEP FTP, a graphical FTP client, and NiceSTEP CD Burner, a front end to mkisofs and cdrecord. Components include a N*XT-style scrollbar, a listbox, checkboxes, radio buttons, a 3D line, a multi-line label with a 3D border, text editing components, a directory navigator, pulldown buttons, popup lists, and more.

pymfvu is a WMF/EMF file viewer. It was started to
prepare new Windows Metafile and Enhanced Metafile
filters for sK1 and Uniconvertor. Most of the
Metafile features are covered, but EMF+ isn't
implemented yet.

This is a G3 Fax viewer for the Linux console with
support for scaling, panning, scrolling, random page
access etc. It includes full mouse support, and a
Fax to PostScript converter utility.

WOMP! is a micro Linux distribution on a bootable
CD that takes up 13 to 18MB depending on the
selected options. It does not install anything on
the computer's hard drive, automatically detects
your sound card, network card (including PCMCIA),
Conexant soft modem (present on most notebooks),
or PCMCIA modem. After booting it allows you to
play movie and audio files, as well as browse
image files on CDs or the local hard drive. It can
also play DVDs, VCDs, and audio CDs, and browse
the Web over the LAN or using PPP. It can be
configured to automatically play content after
booting.

Maxilla is a viewer for dentistry-specific VRML models. It contains its own parser and OpenGL viewer and can also load binary STL files. It supports export to PDF using libharu.

bashgal is simple bash shell script which generates HTML thumbnail galleries using the "convert" and "jhead" command-line utilities. It does not need to run a server-side script to view image galleries because everything is pre-rendered. The fixed-height thumbnails fill the entire browser efficiently. Multiple image sizes can be switched between by the user at any time (and remembered, without cookies or JavaScript). Thumbnails are "sprited" using CSS to produce fewer server round trips and overall smaller data transfer. Vertical images are auto-rotated and EXIF data is extracted from JPEG headers.
