Databene Benclipse is an Eclipse plugin that integrates Databene Benerator with Eclipse. Benerator's purpose is to generate mass test data for performance testing that satisfies even complex validity constraints. Benclipse greatly simplifies especially the first steps in test data generation and speeds up test data definition even more by providing a project wizard with a series of templates to start with, a set of bundled JDBC drivers, a sophisticated JDBC configuration wizard, a database snapshot facility for creating database dumps in DbUnit format, and a built-in HSQL database for trying the first steps.

ISOmorphin is an ISO mounting manager for GNOME. It can
mount/unmount, with a list of ISOs that can be mounted, and
mount DVD ISOs with autoplay in you favorite player. There is
no need to have root access for mounting (mount is done via
FuseIso, so ISO, BIN, NRG, IMG, and MDF are supported).
Conversion from extra image formats to ISO and ISO creation
from files or media are supported.

blojsom is a lightweight blog package written
in Java that was inspired by blosxom. It aims
to be simple in design while adding user

DynamicWorkspaces is a small utility designed to
dynamically adjust the number of workspaces (some
call them virtual desktops) on your desktop. It
will create or delete workspaces such that you
always have one workspace free. You can also tell
the program to keep at least n workspaces, no
matter the number of windows opened (for example,
to have at least 3 workspaces, plus at least one
free). A common use for DynamicWorkspaces is to
tell your window manager to launch it when you log
in, so you just use it and forget about it.

progressbar will open a window containing a text
label and a progress bar. The progress bar is
updated by reading newline-delimited integers from
STDIO. In addition, the text label can be updated
by writing a string to input. The purpose of the
script is to get an easy way of monitoring
progress of computations without having a
dedicated terminal window showing printed progress
information. Instead a small window with a
graphical display of progress is used with the
option of adding short strings for diagnostics.

PyBackend is a Python module which provides object persistence through a relational database backend. You need not write SQL queries within your Python class to store or retrieve object-attributes. If your data model allows you to view attributes of your objects as columns of tables in an RDBMS, then PyBackend is for you. It allows the developer to map individual classes to corresponding databases. Hence, an application using PyBackend can use multiple databases to populate its objects; all transparently to the developer. It frees the application programmer even from the task of creating and managing database connections.

SILVERCODERS SqlUnify is a library that can
convert PostgreSQL queries to other dialects (such
as MySQL, FirebirdSQL, MSSQL, and Oracle). It is
useful for supporting different SQL servers in
your applications.

Dialog CD Writer is a dialog front end to burn CDs
under GNU/Linux and Unix. It can write data and
audio CDs, make MP3 files, and ISO images, and
burn on-the-fly copies. X is not need to run the
script.
