Matwrap is a SWIG-like tool for interfacing C++ code into matrix-oriented scripting languages such as Matlab 5, Octave, and tela. It generates the code to convert from the scripting language's internal types into the types that C++ understands.

selfDHCP is a utility to automatically detect a
correct network configuration, by listening to
network traffic with appropriate heuristics.

Jackal is a debugger for client-side JavaScript
debugging. It supports runtime access to the
loaded script and allows editing of functions,
variables, etc. at runtime.

SILGraphite (formerly OpenGraphite) is a project within SIL's Non-Roman Script Initiative and Language Software Development groups to provide extensible cross-platform rendering capabilities for complex non-Roman writing systems. It consists of a rule-based programming language, Graphite Description Language (GDL), that can be used to describe the behavior of a writing system, a compiler for that language, and a rendering engine that can serve as the backend of a text processing application. SILGraphite renders TrueType fonts that have been extended by means of compiling a GDL program. It is currently being integrated into Gecko/Mozilla through the SILA project, a GNU/Linux port is also underway, and there are plans for OpenOffice.org and Abiword integration.

dtags is a tool that allows you to use Exuberant Ctags with xsltproc. The XSL
for the gtk-doc HTML formatting style is included.

The Biomolecule Toolkit is an Open Source library
for the structural modeling of biological
macromolecules. The toolkit provides a C++
interface for common tasks in computational
structural biology, to facilitate the development
of molecular modeling, design, and analysis tools.

ispell-da is an ispell dictionary for spell-checking of Danish texts. It is based on "Den store danske ordliste" (The Comprehensive Danish Dictionary).

using open proxies away from your site in order to
reduce referrer spam.

openMosixLOAF (openMosix Linux-On-A-Floppy) is a single floppy openMosix Linux mini-distro designed for harddiskless systems or HPC clusters where only CPU and memory is needed. It has drivers for all PCI Ethernet NICs that the Linux kernel has support for (10/100/1000) and comes on only one bootable 1.6MB 3½" floppy diskette, ready to be a node in your HPC cluster.

Whatmask is a small C program that helps with network settings. Notations supported are CIDR (e.g. /24), Netmask (e.g. 255.255.255.0), and Wilcard Bits (e.g. 0.0.0.255). These notations are all identical. CIDR notation commonly has a "/" in front of the number (representing the number of bits). Whatmask can accept these notations with or without a slash. It can take any IP in the subnet along with the netmask in any format, and it will echo back the netmask in three formats, the network address, the broadcast address, the number of useable IPs, and the range of IPs in the subnet. Binaries for Linux, Win32, and MacOS 9/X are available.

Random is a C library that provides a selection of
random number generation functions.

PageForward is a proxy browsing program that uses
cURL to remotely fetch pages before displaying
them on the user's screen. This makes it an ideal
tool for bypassing Internet content filters at
work or school or for browsing anonymously.

sixbs is a library capable of writing and reading
beans to and from XML using their public
properties. sixbs is especially suited for writing
configuration data or sending data over the
network. Contrary to normal Java serialization it is
readable (i.e., you can easily edit it with your
favourite text editor), and it is independent from
class versions.

AROUNDMe identity server is the perfect solution for anyone wishing to create OpenID-based identities and offer websites for multiple people on the Web. OpenID allows you to connect to many Web sites without needing to fill in registration forms or remember multiple user name and password combinations. AROUNDMe identity server allows you to provide OpenID accounts for your family, community, or work place. Each OpenID account acts as a consumer meaning that people can connect to them, thus forming a decentralized social network. Each account holder gets their own multiple page website with plugins such as a blog and a guestbook. It is fully customizable using XHTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
