Nmdepend is a lightweight "link-time" dependency
analyzer for C/C++. It uses object files and
libraries instead of source code as input. It can
help to manage "cross-directory" dependencies.
Dependencies can be visualized in combination with
Graphviz.

FreeSG is a portable, high-level 3D engine with an
emphasis on generality. It is designed as a
component to be integrated, as opposed to an
application framework. Its goal is to support
applications ranging from small 3D games running
on portable consoles to large simulations that
must be rendered photorealistically using
fourth-generation graphics hardware.

xfpd is an OpenGL-based molecule viewer for
Folding@Home data. It is based upon fpd but was
rewritten to use GLUT. It supports stereoscopic
displays, hardware acceleration, and better
interactive rotation.

KMagnifier is a screen magnifier for Linux/Unix
(using KDE).

SigBrowser is a GTK+ and OpenGL application that
allows easy browsing of large signals. It can
attach the result of a cluster analysis to the
signal, allowing the user to display the signal at
the firing points of the clusters.

GSEGYView is a viewer for seismic data in SEG-Y
format, its modifications, and many other related
formats aimed to store either petroleum
exploration data or seismology data. GSEGYView
features graphics hardware acceleration via OpenGL
for seismic data rendering, wiggle, variable area
and variable density seismic traces
representation, two-level sorting of seismic
traces by arbitratry keys in trace headers,
multiple windows for multiple files with separate
display parameters, easy seismic section
navigation and zoom with mouse wheel support, and
more.

Kabeja is a Java library for parsing CAD data
(i.e. Autodesk's DXF format) and converting to SVG
(dxf2svg). You can use Kabeja from the command
line or embed it into your application. It
includes a plain DXF2SVGViewer and integration
into the Cocoon XML Web development framework and
the Inkscape SVG editor.

Visualization of Protein Ligand Graphs (VPLG) uses a graph-based model to describe the structure of proteins on the super-secondary structure level. A protein-ligand graph is computed from the atomic coordinates in a PDB file and the secondary structure assignments of the DSSP algorithm. In this graph, vertices represent secondary structure elements (SSEs, usually alpha helices and beta strands) or ligand molecules, while the edges model contacts and relative orientations between them. The graphs can be visualized, written to a database, and saved in a text-based file format.

Segmentation and Registration Toolkit (ITK) is a
software system to support the Visible Human
Project. Segmentation is the process of
identifying and classifying data found in a
digitally sampled representation. Registration is
the task of aligning or developing correspondences
between data. For example, in the medical
environment, a CT scan may be aligned with an MRI
scan in order to combine the information contained
in both.

goszifox is a graphical display for the Wittig
Oszifox pen oscilloscope. It uses OpenGL to
display its graphics.

iceWing is a graphical plugin shell optimized for,
but not limited to, image processing and vision
system development. Plugins operate hierarchically
on data provided by other plugins, and can also
generate new data streams. Moreover, iceWing
provides functions to easily create a user
interface for the plugins, and to visualize and
inspect any intermediate result in a graphical
form. Support for reading images from grabber
hardware, bitmap files, and videos is included.

WordFreak is a Java-based linguistic annotation
tool, designed to support both human and automatic
annotation of linguistic data, as well as employ
active learning during human correction of
automatically annotated data.
