Rubum is the RUby alBUM software. It generates static HTML galleries from a set of JPEG files. It is also delivered with an RDFPic-compliant photo editor that enables you to add metadata inside your JPEG files in RDF format (using the dublin core namespace).

Pygmy is a tiny HTTP 1.1-compliant Web server written for the purpose
of embedding into applications. It implements both HTTP and HTTPS,
and supports extension through a plugin architecture and flexible
configuration. It can scale in functionality as needed and compress to
under 40KB.

Zabbix-Reporter provides a responsive HTML5/CSS Zabbix Dashboard.

Net::ICQ allows you to embed ICQ instant messaging client functionality into your Perl programs. It is written entirely in Perl and depends only on other Perl modules. Net::ICQ uses an event-driven model to allow the programmer to handle incoming events, inspired by Net::IRC.

The Env::Array Perl module permits the user to treat an environment variable like a regular Perl array. Array operations are implemented to use splitting and joining based on the specified delimiter. Great for environment variables like PATH. PLEASE NOTE: This module is OBSOLETE as of Perl 5.6.0. The author submitted a patch to Perl to implement this functionality in the core Perl Env.pm module and it was accepted for the 5.6.0 release.

cpan-upload is a script for uploading one or more
distributions to CPAN using PAUSE, the Perl
Authors Upload SErver. It automates the work
normally done with FTP and a Web browser.

Lancer is a Web server for POSIX-based systems. Some of the main features include a threaded design and a powerful Lua-based configuration scripting language.

AddressScrambler is yet another Javascript email
address scrambler to help protect email addresses
on Web pages from being harvested. It comes with a
handy helper page the generates the necessary code
for use.

Basilisk is a full-featured middleware library to develop
games. It features sprites, animations, real time sound
mixing with filters and special effects, high resolution timers,
a basic 3D math library, an input system based on bindable
actions, fullscreen exclusive mode support, resolution
managers, JDK 5.0 compatibility, and more.

Pictag is a simple web photo gallery with
automatic thumbnail generation and tagging
capability. It's self-contained in a single file,
uses the filesystem for gallery layout, and
requires no stand-alone database (it uses SQLite)
or no database at all. It handles EXIF data,
provides support for HTTP user authentication and
authorization, and is customizable.

Carp::Clan is a module that reports errors from the
perspective of the caller of a "clan" of modules, similar to
"Carp.pm" itself. Instead of giving it a number of levels to skip
on the calling stack, you give it a pattern to characterize the
package names of the "clan" of modules which shall never be
blamed for any error. These modules stick together like a "clan"
and any error that occurs will be blamed on the "outsider"
script or modules not belonging to this "clan".

hc-ftpd is a full-featured FTP daemon written from
scratch in Java.

parp is a powerful, extensible e-mail filter with sophisticated anti-spam
capabilities. It's designed as a complete replacement for procmail, is
MIME-aware, and acts as a filter, daemon, or on mailboxes. It uses the Open
Relay Database as part of its spam-detection heuristics, and it has a
DBM-format database of trusted e-mail addresses to ensure that false positives
are kept to a minimum. It can perform duplicate removal by message ID, and has
many other features.

Net::Gandi is a Perl module that provides a Perl interface to the Gandi API. The Gandi API allows you to manage server hosting resources provided by Gandi.net.

Timbersee can monitor multiple system logfiles and prune out noise so that an administrator is only notified with important messages.
