The Image::Size module for Perl provides a clean interface for fetching image dimensions (and type, when unknown) from graphics files in a wide variety of common formats. It is a pure Perl extension (no C or XS linking required) that has been tested on a variety of UNIX, Linux and BSD systems, as well as MacPerl and Windows ports of Perl. dbvi is a UNIX terminal-based interface to the gdb debugger. It tightly integrates a vi session with the usual gdb command line and uses the arrow keys to provide an intuitive interface to common debugging commands. Version 2.2 of the Linux kernel has a capability system, so processes can have eg. CAP_MODULE, which allows insertion and removal of modules, without having to possess full root privelege. As designed, this capability system is currently unusable due to a lack of capability support in the vfs layer. However, with the aid of a kernel patch (included), it can be perverted to allow administrators to give user programs certain capabilities via. sudo. This is what whichcap aims to allow you to do.

Cyrus2Dovecot is a full-featured command line tool for converting the email messages of one or more users from the Cyrus format to Dovecot Maildir++ folders. It allows you to perform a server transition which is fully transparent to both POP and IMAP users, as virtually all available metadata is preserved during the conversion. This includes message UIDs, INTERNALDATEs, IMAP folder subscriptions, the UIDVALIDITY and UIDNEXT values for each folder, as well as all IMAP flags (including the first 26 user-defined keywords).
