Cost is a structure-controlled XML/SGML application programming toolkit. It is implemented as a Tcl extension, and works in conjunction with the nsgmls, sgmls, and/or expat parsers.

TkWeather is a compact Tcl/Tk GUI that will access the weather underground via telnet, grab the latest weather forecasts for the cities of your choice, and display the relevant info.

Maverix is an AOLserver module that implements the
SMTP protocol and acts as an SMTP proxy with
anti-spam and anti-virus capabilities. It includes
a Web interface to manage quarantined messages and
an administrative interface based on OSSWEB.
Supported anti-spam software includes SpamAssassin
and DSPAM, and supported anti-virus software
packages are ClamAV and Sophos. Features include
whitelisting, greylisting, and blacklisting,
periodic digests with quarantined messages, a
challenge/response mechanism, POP-auth, and
short-TTL URLs for digests.

AppsLink is a Web service and platform that lets
developers create small, tight, focused Web
applications which can interoperate with other Web
applications. The demo apps and libraries are the
source to several AppsLinked apps, and some code
to help developers develop AppsLinked apps.

World Foundry is a 3D level game engine and asset production pathway with over 170,000 lines of code. It was originaly created as a commercial product, but is now being released under the GPL. The engine was designed from the beginning to be cross platform, and ran on Windows (DirectX, GL), and the Sony Playstation. The production pathway ran on Windows, and extended 3DStudio Max to be our level editor. The engine is currently being ported to Linux (it runs, but needs work), with plans to port the production pathway as well. Developers are wanted to help with this effort.

GVI is a voting GUI. It can potentially be used
for any private or public election, and it comes
with a demonstration package based on an actual
general election. It can handle write-ins and
multi-language elections, and it can automate
voting along party lines. It can be used for
advanced election methods, such as Condorcet
voting and Instant Runoff Voting, which allow each
voter to rank the candidates (1st, 2nd, 3rd,
etc.). It can also be used for Approval Voting,
which allows each voter to select more than one
candidate (without ranking them). It can also be
"downgraded" for conventional plurality elections.
It provides scripts for counting the votes and
determining the winner based on plurality,
Approval, or Condorcet rules.

Apache Rivet is a system for creating dynamic Web
content via a programming language integrated with
Apache Web Server. It is designed to be fast,
powerful and extensible, consume few system
resources, be easy to learn, and to provide the
user with a platform that can also be used for
other programming tasks outside the web (GUIs,
system administration tasks, text processing,
database manipulation, XML, etc.). It is similar
to PHP, except that it uses Tcl, and provides both
HTML/Tcl pages as well as pure Tcl pages to aid
the programmer in separating logic and
presentation when necessary.

pgtcl is a package that adds PostgreSQL extensions to the
Tcl programming language.

antennavis is a OpenGL visualization toolkit that
was designed to aid the user in better
understanding the data generated by the NEC2
antenna modelling software.

LinSMS allows you to send SMS to Spanish mobile
phones from Linux.

The Virtual Rendering System is a computer graphics
software library for constructing interactive 3D applications.
It provides a large collection of 3D rendering components
which facilitate implementing 3D graphics applications and
experimenting with 3D graphics and imaging algorithms. It
is implemented as a C++ library. Applications can
incorporate VRS as C++ library based on the C++ API. In
addition, it provides a complete Tcl/Tk binding of the C++
API, called iVRS.
