Konnekt4 is the C port of a LISP connect-4 game, with the GUI written in TCL/Tk. The depth cutoff for the minimax algorithm can be changed on-the-fly from the GUI or the source file, allowing a much wider range of difficulty levels.

UraniaCast is a non-interactive podcast downloader. It works from the command line and supports filtering by categories and media types.

The XChat Tcl Plugin adds the complete Tcl
scripting language to the XChat IRC client.

M3Tk generates M3U playlists from MP3 files and edits ID3 tags. It creates the playlists from the Genre, Album, Year, and Artist tags. It scans the computer to search for MP3 files and sort them into playlists. The editor can change (or include) information about the MP3s, and can open an MP3 player and send the playlist to it. You can manage the files names with the MP3 Renamer.

tk_msg is a small application which helps a
programer create message cataloges for localizing
Tcl/Tk programs.

TkSplit is a simple file splitter/joiner. Unlike many splitters, it lets
the user opt to skip missing files.

Greyboard is a simple shared blackboard written in tcl. It runs on a single computer, and opens windows on multiple displays. All communication is via X protocol. All participants of a conversation can draw curves and broken lines with mouse, and type texts.

X Messenger is a messenger client for Linux built
in Tcl/Tk. It is a clone of amsn.

Egg-fu is a simulated Artificial Intelligence IRC script for
Eggdrop much like infobot, but with many more options
and features, high configurability, automatic learning
and interaction, multi-language support, and two main
modes: the default SAI mode, and a define-bot mode,
as well as any cross-breed thereof via config.

BEWorld is a 2D top-scroller game written using the Brick Engine. It is similar to a real-time Nethack, but is more limited. It features both random and invariant maps, a map generator that should work in other games, support for compressed inline data (including music and sound effects), and more. It is intended to be a starting point for coders who are interested in developing similar games.

galng.tcl is a report viewer/tool for the the
Galaxy play by email game, primarily for the NG
variant.

The TopicEngine is an advanced TCL script for
eggdrop bots for managing the topic in one or more
channels. It allows users to change or lock the
channel topic through the use of public commands
in the channel, with fine-grain permission
controls available. Users do not have to be opped
to change the topic (but the bot must be if the
channel is +t). It can automatically refresh the
topic after a netjoin, and allows command caching
to avoid flooding the channel with topic changes.
The topic can also be locked by appropriate
people. TopicEngine will attempt to communicate
with other TopicEngine bots in the channel to
avoid a topic live-lock flood.

Minpair consists of two programs, a C command-line program and a Tcl/Tk GUI, each of which can independently generate a complete list of minimal pairs (words differing in exactly one segment) for use in linguistic research. The GUI may also be used to control the faster CLI program. Both allow sequences of characters to be defined as single segments. Unicode is fully supported. It is also possible to obtain a list of pairs differing in exactly two positions for use in finding phonological rules.

PEP is a modeling and verification framework for
parallel systems. It provides a large number of
different modelling languages (e.g. SDL, B(PN)^2,
Petri nets, Process algebras and Finite Automata),
and verification techniques (e.g. reachability and
temporal logic model checking). Due to its
Tcl/Tk-based GUI, PEP is easily extensible to
other analysis or specification tools. The
framework offers fully integrated simulation and
debugging features on all levels.
