pgBadger is a fast PostgreSQL log analyzer that generates detailed reports with charts.

AGT is a powerful console frontend to iptables,
supporting nearly all of the iptables extensions
(such as quota, random, MIRROR, multiport, owner,
string, MAC address, and more). All options can be
specified in a configuration file with similar
syntax to 'ipf' and 'ipfw'.

dnscrypt-proxy acts as a DNS proxy between a regular client, like a DNS cache or an operating system stub resolver, and a DNSCrypt-aware resolver, like OpenDNS. The DNSCrypt protocol focuses on securing communications between a client and its first-level resolver. While not providing end-to-end security, it protects the local network (which is often the weakest link in the chain) against man-in-the-middle attacks. It also provides some confidentiality to DNS queries.

Higher Order Logic (HOL) is a programming environment in which theorems can be proved and proof tools implemented. Built-in decision procedures and theorem provers can automatically establish many simple theorems. An Oracle mechanism gives access to external programs such as SAT and BDD engines. HOL 4 is particularly suitable as a platform for implementing combinations of deduction, execution, and property checking.

PHP debug tools provides various debug tools, including: script trace debugging (using the xdebug extension), error debugging, manual debugging using a debug() function that generates a backtrace and other useful information, and debugging database queries.

IPsec-Tools is a Linux port of the user-space
tools from KAME. It includes libipsec (a library
with a PF_KEY implementation), setkey (a tool
for manipulating and dumping the kernel
Security Policy Database and Security
Association Database), and racoon (Internet
Key Exchange daemon for automatically
keying IPsec connections).

Stegdetect is an automated tool for detecting steganographic
content in images. It is capable of detecting several different
steganographic methods to embed hidden information in
JPEG images. Currently, the detectable schemes are jsteg,
jphide, invisible secrets, outguess 01.3b, F5, appendX, and
camouflage. Using linear discriminant analysis, it also
supports detection of new stego systems. Stegbreak is used
to launch dictionary attacks against JSteg-Shell, JPHide, and
OutGuess 0.13b.

Weeble File Manager (WeebleFM) is a PHP file
manager that operates through an FTP connection.
It offers a wide variety of functionality and is
similar to the Web-based file managers used by
Tripod and Yahoo. WeebleFM gives Web-space
providers the chance to offer their clients a
quick and easy alternative to FTP, TELNET, and SSH.

Libcfu is a library of tools that can useful,
particularly when developing multi-threaded
software. It currently includes a hash table, a
linked list, self-extending strings, a
configuration file parser, a simple timer, and a
thread queue.
