Mollify is Web file manager for publishing and managing files hosted on a PHP-enabled Web server, with a clean and fully customizable user interface. It is easy to install and configure, including fully configurable published directories, optionally with user accounts and access permissions.

YaCy is a search engine that anyone can use to index the Internet (WWW and FTP) or to create a search portal for others (Internet or intranet). The scale of YaCy is limited only by the number of users. and can index billions of web pages. In P2P mode it is fully decentralized. All users of the search engine network are equal and it is not possible for anyone to censor the content of the distributed index.

ITracker is a Java J2EE issue/bug tracking system designed to support multiple projects with independent user bases. It supports features such as full i18n support, multiple versions and project components, detailed histories, issue searching, file attachments, dynamic reports with charts, configurable field values, customizable project level fields, pluggable authentication, a built-in scheduler, and email notifications.

PIT is a fast bytecode based mutation testing system for Java that makes it possible to test the effectiveness of your unit tests. You can think of mutation testing as either as an automated test of your tests or as a much more in-depth form of code coverage. Unlike traditional line and branch coverage tools, PIT does not just confirm that your tests execute your code, it confirms that your tests are actually able to detect faults in it.

rxtx is a native library for serial and parallel communication in Java. It provides a portable implementation of Sun's JavaCOMM standard, and runs on various Unixes, Mac OS X, BeOS, Microsoft Windows and others.

J2SSH is an object-orientated Java implementation of the SSH version 2 protocol. It provides a rich, powerful, and extensible SSH API that enables developers to gain access to SSH servers and to develop entire SSH client/server frameworks. The API library provides a fully-featured SSH2 implementation specifically designed for cross-platform development. Higher level components, representing both the standard SSH client and SSH servers, are provided which implement the protocol specification for user sessions and port forwarding. The specification currently supports public key and password authentication and a full implementation of the SFTP protocol.

GNU Libidn is an implementation of the Stringprep, Punycode, and IDNA specifications defined by the IETF Internationalized Domain Names (IDN) working group.
It is used to prepare internationalized strings (such as domain name labels, usernames, and passwords) in order to increase the likelihood that string input and string comparison work in ways that make sense for typical users throughout the world. The library contains a generic Stringprep implementation that does Unicode 3.2 NFKC normalization, mapping and prohibition of characters, and bidirectional character handling. Profiles for iSCSI, Kerberos 5, Nameprep, SASL, and XMPP are included. Punycode and ASCII Compatible Encoding (ACE) via IDNA are supported.

openTCS is a platform-independent transportation control system (TCS) intended to control automatic guided vehicles (AGVs), but which can be used to steer virtually any (track-guided) vehicle. It consists of an abstract kernel which implements replaceable algorithms and strategies (computation of routes, dispatching of orders to vehicles, scheduling of resources, etc.), pluggable vehicle drivers which implement communication protocols, and a graphical frontend for creating and visualizing logical models of areas the vehicles are moving in.
