Tensor is a tool that helps provide an estimate on
the cost of change on test source code based on a
radical change in design on production source
code, especially around branch execution code. It
works with the JRuby interpreter on Windows and
Linux/Unix platforms.

AVRprog can be used to burn the image files
created by the assembler or compiler into the
target MCU using some programming hardware. A
graphical frontend is available. It is also
possible to use a programmer connected to a
different machine using an IP network connection.

Rexx/Wrapper enables Rexx programs to be wrapped
within a native executable program. The source is
optionally encrypted and compressed, but can be
recovered if the key that was used to wrap the
original program is known. Rexx/Wrapper is not a
Rexx compiler.

Alizarin Tetris is a Tetris-like game with a twist for Unix, Win32, and BeOS systems. It includes multi-player support, user-extensible color, shape, and sound styles, can use TCP/IP networking, and features a few different AI opponents.

Autodl2 is a simple to manage and extensible file
transfer system that can be configured simply
using a configuration file. The system is designed
to be lightweight and handle multiple file
transfer protocols. Currently only SFTP is
supported, though other systems can be added via a
plugin system.

AS is a portable macro cross-assembler for a
variety of microprocessors and controllers. Though
it is mainly targeted at embedded processors and
single-board computers, you also find CPU families
in the target list that are used in workstations
and PCs.

MammoothLibrary is a collection of C++ classes, mainly designed to
supply a multi-threaded portable environment to every programmer who
needs it without the effort to study and implement her own code. The
core is based on the SCOOP model.

IOLib is a universal multiplatform IO library available in C, C++ and Objective C. It provides separate classes for input and output and a base class for filters. It supports file IO, memory buffers and BSD sockets. Different binary formats (Intel, Raw, VAX) are supported.

Ripunix is a command-line based system for
indexing, searching, and browsing very large (multi-
gigabyte) collections of plain text such as Project
Gutenberg. It is optimized for efficiently maintaining
these very large databases on machines with very
small computing resources.

WIPORT is a layer over the grx graphics library
which provides a simple GUI API with memorization
of the objects displayed in the various windows.
This makes redrawing and printing to a scalable
PostScript representation easy to do. Thanks to
the grx library programs, using WIPORT works
identically on the DOS graphical console,
Linux+svgalib, and Linux+X11. WIPORT is written in
C and comes with an Ada-95 binding.

Proxy Scanner is a tool that looks for proxy
servers and tells you whether or not they can
bounce your connection.

Ccdoc is a Javadoc-inspired tool that
automatically generates HTML Web documentation
from C++ programs by parsing the source file
headers. It was designed to aid the collaboration
between package users and package developers. It
runs on FreeBSD, Linux, Mac OS X, Solaris, and
Windows (98, 2k, Me, and XP).
