Luxor is an open-source XML User Interface
Language (XUL) toolkit in Java that lets you build UIs using XML and also includes an ultra light-weight, multi-threaded Web server, a portal engine, and a template engine. It is also Web Start-ready, as everything fits in a jar and requires no loose files.

The MQ File Mover application is a software package designed to move files using WebSphere MQ (aka MQSeries). MQFM processes “Action” commands, which are controlled through an MQFM Workflow XML file. The user combines a series of Action commands to create the MQFM Workflow XML file.

The Language Detection Library for Java is a Java library to detect the natural languages in which texts are written. This task is also known as "language identification", "language guessing", and "language recognition". It has over 99% precision for more than 40 languages. The supported languages are Afrikaans, Arabic, Bulgarian, Bengali, Czech, German, Greek, English, Spanish, Persian, Finnish, French, Gujarati, Hebrew, Hindi, Croatian, Hungarian, Indonesian, Italian, Japanese, Kannada, Korean, Macedonian, Malayalam, Marathi, Nepali, Dutch, Punjabi, Polish, Portuguese, Romanian, Russian, Slovak, Somali, Albanian, Swedish, Swahili, Tamil, Telugu, Thai, Tagalog, Turkish, Ukrainian, Urdu, Vietnamese, and Simplified/Traditional Chinese.

ulxmlrpcpp is a library to perform calls via XML-RPC in an object oriented approach. It is possible to create both client and server applications in multithreaded environments. Unlike other implementations, it does not insist on HTTP for transportation, but might also accept other ways (e.g. a simple serial line with a user-defined protocol). For HTTP as a transportation protocol, the following features are supported: cookies, SSL/TLS, proxy, SSL/TLS over a proxy, and chunked transfers. ulxmlrpcpp is also able to transmit data faster with binary XML.

TurnKey LAMP is a server appliance that provides a LAMP Web stack with no configuration required. It is designed to be easy to use and easy to maintain. Security patches are automatically installed. It provides a Web management interface, configuration console, and an AJAX Web shell. To minimize footprint the appliance is built from the ground up with the minimum required components. It runs everywhere thanks to multiple build formats, including an installable live CD, a VMDK with OVF support, and an Amazon EC2 AMI.

WizCrypt is a cross-platform encryption tool. It
requires no configuration, uses industry standard
RC4 and MD5 encryption, and can be used in scripts
for batch operation. It also exposes public APIs that can be used to embed WizCrypt inside any Java application.

TUX is a kernel-based, threaded, extremely high-performance HTTP server. It is able to efficiently and safely serve both static and dynamic data. TUX moves the HTTP protocol stack to the kernel, and can handle requests for data with both kernel-space and user-space modules.

mod_domaintree is a hostname to filesystem mapper for Apache2. It maps host names like www.example.com to a filesystem tree like $prefix/com/example/www/$suffix. It can optionally strip the www prefix of host names.

Butterfly Persistence is a simple, no nonsense Java persistence API. It aims to provide a simple relational persistence API. Its features include automatic/manual connection management, easier JDBC operations via JDBC templates (Spring style), simple object relational mapping, and map reading for dynamic queries. Fulworx is a REST framework that uses simple annotations of XWork "Action" implementations to expose restful interfaces. Similar to Struts, Fulworx sits as a controller on top of Restlet. Each action is attached as a resource using Restlets. Standard resources are represented by default as XML (or JSON) using JAXB, but any representation may be specified. Actions may be used in other frameworks such as Struts and Webwork, since they're just XWork implementations.

management layer, the Depot multi-project
build system, the Metro component
management runtime engine, and the Station
application management console.

mod_caml is a set of Objective CAML (OCaml)
bindings for the Apache API. It allows you to run
CGI scripts written in OCaml directly inside the
Apache Web server. However, it is much much more
than just that. You can bind to any part of the
Apache request cycle, read and modify internal
Apache structures, share modules of code between
handlers and scripts, or use the CGI library and
templating system (allows separation of code and
presentation).

The Standard Taglib from the Jakarta Apache project is a compliant implementation of the JSP Standard Tag Library (JSTL), a new standard under the Java Community Process. It offers standard tags for the following tasks: control flow (iteration, conditional logic, and error handling), URL management (session encoding, cross-context imports, etc.), text formatting and internationalization (i18n), XML manipulation (with XPath), and database access (via JDBC).
