aMule is short for "all-platform eMule-like file-sharing program", or, in short, "all-platform Mule". It's a port of the well-known eMule P2P client for the eDonkey2000 and Kad file sharing networks, supporting most of eMule's features. Additionally, it provides a small separate Web server and command line interface to connect to a running aMule via the network.

Podget is a simple podcast aggregator optimized for running as a scheduled background job (i.e. cron). It features support for downloading podcasts from RSS and XML feeds, for sorting the podcasts into folders and categories, for importing podcast URLs from iTunes PCAST files and OPML lists, automatic M3U and ASX playlist creation, and automatic cleanup of old podcasts. It also features automatic UTF-16 conversion for podcasts hosted on Windows servers and includes the ability to handle authentication for premium podcasts.

FastFlow is a pattern-based programming framework targeting streaming applications. It implements pipeline, farm, divide and conquer, and their composition, as well as generic streaming networks. It is specifically designed to support the development and the seamless porting of existing applications on multi-core, GPGPUs, and clusters of them. The layered template-based C++ design ensures flexibility and extendibility. Its lock-free/fence-free run-time support minimizes cache invalidation traffic and enforces the development of high-performance (high-throughput, low-latency) scalable applications. It has been proven comparable or faster than TBB, OpenMP, and Cilk on several micro-benchmarcks and real-world applications, especially when dealing with fine-grained parallelism and high-throughput applications.

gEDA is a suite of electronic design automation (EDA) tools. Currently, the project offers a mature suite of free software applications for electronics design, including schematic capture, attribute management, bill of materials (BOM) generation, netlisting into over 20 netlist formats, analog and digital simulation, and printed circuit board (PCB) layout.

XMLStarlet is a set of command line XML utilities which can be used to transform, query, validate, and edit XML documents and files using a simple set of shell commands, similar to the way it is done for plain text files using grep/sed/awk/tr/diff/patch.

NOC Project is an Operation Support System (OSS) for telecom companies, service providers, and enterprise Network Operation Centers (NOC). Areas covered by NOC include fault management, performance management, service activation/provisioning, knowledge base, multi-VRF address space management (IPAM), multi-vendor configuration management, DNS provisioning, peering management, RPSL and BGP filter generation, and reporting.
