The OpenCA PKCS#7 Tool (also known as SV or Sign & Verify) allows for signature verification, chain certification, signature generation (either detached or non-detached), and signature modification from the detached form to the non-detached one.

OpenRADIUS is a RADIUS server that allows you to use external data sources for anything - shared secrets, accounts and passwords, profiles, session database, NAS lists, called/calling nr. ACLs, accounting storage, and much more. It has a powerful external module interface that uses pre-spawned subprocesses and pipes for communication, allowing you to implement modules in any language that supports Unix pipe I/O. Its behaviour is fully configurable, using a simple built-in language that gives you full control over the request and reply list. It includes versatile LDAP and SQL modules, a full featured RADIUS client, and a fully functional example configuration for metered pre-paid accounts.

LinuxMCE is an add-on to Kubuntu that provides a complete whole-house media solution. It provides PVR and distributed media functions. It is stable, easy to use, and requires no knowledge of Linux and only basic computer skills. It allows you to set up a computer system that centralizes audio/video equipment, allowing you to access all media functions in other rooms with only thin clients. It supports home automation protocols including KNX, EIB, Z-Wave, DMX, EnOcean, and PLCBUS.

PHP Anti-Virus is a script that scans the local
Web server's file system for known malicious code,
usually inserted by defacement or shared hosting
account vulnerabilities.

Ganymed SSH-2 for Java is a library that implements the SSH-2 protocol in pure Java (tested on J2SE 1.4.2, 5, and 6). It allows one to connect to SSH servers from within Java programs. It supports SSH sessions (remote command execution and shell access), local and remote port forwarding, local stream forwarding, X11 forwarding, SCP, and SFTP. There are no dependencies on any JCE provider, as all cryptographic functionality is included.

fl0p is a passive L7 flow fingerprinter that
examines TCP/UDP/ICMP packet sequences, can peek
into cryptographic tunnels, can tell human beings
and robots apart, and performs a couple of other
infosec-related tricks.

ClamCour is a multi-threaded Courier filter that allows Clam Antivirus to scan incoming mail for viruses, and rejects it if the check is positive. Attachments can be "quarantined", and custom domain-based email reports can be sent.

ndisc6 consists of three command line tools
(ndisc6, rdisc6, and traceroute6) that perform
ICMPv6 Neighbor Discovery, ICMPv6 Router
Discovery, and IPv6 tcptraceroute/traceroute respectively.
It is primarily meant for IPv6 networking
diagnostics and monitoring.

GrokEVT is a collection of scripts built for reading Windows® NT/2K/XP/2K3 event log files. The scripts work together on one or more mounted Windows partitions to extract all information needed (registry entries, message templates, and log files) to convert the logs to a human-readable format.

Fast OnlineUpdate for SuSE (fou4s) is a bash script that provides the functionality of YOU (YaST OnlineUpdate), but can also work in background and check for updates every night. It supports resumed downloads and proxies by using wget. GPG signatures are also checked.

SourceAFIS is a fingerprint recognition/matching SDK (library), or more generally an Automated Fingerprint Identification System (AFIS). It essentially compares two fingerprints and decides whether they belong to the same person. It can quickly search a large database of registered fingerprints. It comes with an easy-to-use API (pure .NET and Java) plus assorted applications and tools.

QtFprot is a frontend for FPROT 4.x, a free (for personal use) Linux virus-scanner. It's similar to XFprot, but written in Qt. It allows you to set all FPROT paramters with a comfortable GUI.

openHBCI is a C++ library for the German HomeBanking Computer Interface. It
includes some tutorials for testing the library. Its current capabilities
include complete key management on disc (RDH) and/or chip-card (DDV), the
ability to perform single customer credit transfers, and the ability to get
balance reports.

Pretty Curved Privacy (pcp1) is a commandline utility which can be used to encrypt files. It uses eliptc curve cryptography for encryption (CURVE25519 by Dan J. Bernstein).
