QtFprot is a frontend for FPROT 4.x, a free (for personal use) Linux virus-scanner. It's similar to XFprot, but written in Qt. It allows you to set all FPROT paramters with a comfortable GUI.

Fast OnlineUpdate for SuSE (fou4s) is a bash script that provides the functionality of YOU (YaST OnlineUpdate), but can also work in background and check for updates every night. It supports resumed downloads and proxies by using wget. GPG signatures are also checked.

Nixory is an anti-spyware tool aimed at removing malicious tracking cookies from Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, and Internet Explorer.

ClamCour is a multi-threaded Courier filter that allows Clam Antivirus to scan incoming mail for viruses, and rejects it if the check is positive. Attachments can be "quarantined", and custom domain-based email reports can be sent.

Amrita VPN is an easy-to-use open source VPN solution that runs on the GNU/Linux platform. The implementation is fully in userspace and requires no kernel patches or enhancements. It uses SSL for strong encryption and authentication.

The tcb suite implements the alternative password
shadowing scheme on Openwall GNU/*/Linux (Owl)
which allows many core system utilities (passwd(1)
being the primary example) to operate with little
privilege. It is being made available separately
from Owl primarily for use by other distributions.
This package contains three core components of the
tcb suite: pam_tcb (a PAM module which supersedes
pam_unix), libnss_tcb (the accompanying NSS
module), and libtcb (a library for accessing tcb
shadow files, used by the PAM and NSS modules as
well as by user management tools on Owl).

Synspam uses Netfilter NFQUEUE to catch the source IP address of any machine connecting to your mail server, running multiple tests against it (RBL check, regexp on the reverse name, etc.) before forwarding the connection to the MTA. In order to have as few false positives as possible, a scoring system is used. If the source IP address is believed to be a spammer IP address, the connection can be dropped. There is a dry run mode if you just want to test it, which is the default.

Portecle is a GUI version of the command-line
keytool provided with the Java SDK. Portecle can
create many different types of keystores, generate
and store keys and their associated X.509
certificates, generate CSRs, import and store
trusted certificates, and perform maintenance on
keystore entries.

Scannedonly is a samba VFS module that ensures
that only files that have been scanned for viruses
are visible and accessible to the end user.
Scannedonly was developed because of scalability
problems with samba-vscan. Scannedonly comes in
two parts: a Samba VFS module and (one or more)
daemons. The daemon scans files and marks them
when they are known to be clean. The samba module
simply filters out files that aren't marked clean.

xl2tpd a Layer 2 Tunneling Protocol (L2TP) daemon.
It supports IPsec SA reference tracking, which
enables the IPsec stacks to support multiple l2tp
clients behind the same NAT router and multiple
l2tp clients on the same internal IP address. It
is a fork of "l2tpd".

cosign is a Web single sign on system that
allows users to authenticate once per session
and access any protected Web resources at
the institution. If used, passwords are sent
only to a single, central URL. Sessions have
both idle and hard timeouts, and users can
logout of all protected services by visiting a
single URL. The use of public key cryptography
ensures that a compromise of a protected
Web server has no impact on the security of
other participating servers.

This patch adds Secure Remote Password (SRP) support to OpenSSH (portable version). The Stanford SRP distribution is not required, although this is compatible with that (it will use your existing SRP configuration files, if they exist).

Bluediving is a Bluetooth penetration testing suite. It implements attacks like Bluebug, BlueSnarf, BlueSnarf++, and BlueSmack, has features such as Bluetooth address spoofing, an AT and a RFCOMM socket shell, and implements tools like carwhisperer, BSS, L2CAP packet generator, L2CAP connection resetter, RFCOMM scanner, and greenplaque scanning mode (using more than one HCI device).
