smartMySQLAdmin is an AJAX-based MySQL management tool. You can use smartMySQLAdmin for basic CRUD operations.

Job Monarch is an add-on to the Ganglia Monitoring System that provides batch job monitoring and archiving plus a graphical overview of clusters and assorted batch systems. It fully supports Torque, PBS, and SLURM, and has experimental support for LSF and SGE.

SiteFusion allows object-oriented PHP applications to operate as
OS-native applications through a XULRunner-based thin client. The client
connects to the SiteFusion daemon through an ordinary Web server, and
applications run in separate continuous processes. Two-way communication
is enabled, without the need for additional Web server configurations.
The implementation of the XUL framework in a PHP class structure
includes an implementation of the Mozilla tree view optimized for very
large trees, supporting drag-and-drop, editable cells, and sorting.

Simple Continuous Integration Tools (scit) is an automated build and or test system consisting of a set of Perl and expect scripts utilizing common tools that are available for most Unix-like operating systems. The intention is to keep it lightweight while still providing a full set of features. The current version has a command-line and an HTML user interface. It should be possible to make it run on very modest hardware; part of the development and testing has been done on a Nokia N900 phone with both master and slave roles running on the same unit.

Wap-GuestBook is a WAP-based guestbook. It has the
same features as a normal Web-based guestbook. It
contains fields for name, email address, comments,
and various optional fields. It stores the
information in a database. It has built-in word
censor, email-validator, and URL-validator
functions. A user can view results either by ASC
or DESC order.

bib2xhtml is a program that converts BibTeX files
into HTML (specifically, XHTML 1.0). The
conversion is mostly done by specialized BibTeX
style files, derived from a converted bibliography
style template. This ensures that the original
BibTeX styles are faithfully reproduced. Some
post-processing is performed by Perl code. This is
an update of the bib2html program written by David
Hull in 1996 and maintained by him until 1998.

Linguaphile is a simple command line language translator. It is open source, platform independent, and programmed in Perl. Linguaphile currently supports the following languages: Afrikaans, Alawa, Albanian, Arrernte, Basque, Belarusian, Bulgarian, Catalan, Croatian, Czech, Danish, Dutch, English, Esperanto, Estonian, Finnish, French, Galician, German, Greek, Hawaiian, Hungarian, Icelandic, Indonesian, Interlingua, Irish, Italian, Kala Lagaw Ya, Korean, Kriol, Latvian, Lithuanian, Malay, Maltese, Maori, Norwegian, Pitjantjatjara, Polish, Portuguese, Romanian, Russian, Samoan, Serbian, Slovak, Slovenian, Spanish, Swahili, Swedish, Thai, Tok Pisin, Turkish, Ukrainian, Warlpiri, and Welsh. The Spanish to English translation is the most useful at this stage.

HSC (HTML Sucks Completely) is a developer tool for HTML projects. It is mainly intended for creating and maintaining larger Web sites, with a focus on compact and standards-conforming code. Its source texts are HTML files that use an extended syntax allowing for macros, conditionals, variables, expressions, etc. These sources are transformed into static (X)HTML pages. HSC checks the result for many common errors such as missing end tags and nesting mistakes, both in the markup and, to a limited extent, in CSS. As a commandline tool, it can be used together with "make", and a dependency generator is included. The macro library features things like navigation menus, LaTeX-style sections, footnotes and bibliographies, semiautomatic table-based layout, and database/scripting interfaces.

protosquared is a "data server prototype". You can
supply a rule set by which incoming requests are
handled. It will support several data sources,
such as XML files and SQL databases. It is aimed
at being highly configurable.

WPP is a small perl5 script that allows preprocessing of HTML files. It allows you to define "variables", which are brief abbreviations for longer constructs, and include common HTML fragments. It's useful for giving a uniform layout to different HTML pages. It can be used in cgi-bin programs for automatic generation of pages. With less HTML code inside you can make more flexible cgi-scripts.

RedQueryBuilder fills the gap between a hand coded "quick search" and a full blown query language. A typical use is in an intranet Web application where experienced users need a quick ad-hoc way to find particular data. This means they don't have to use report frameworks or ask a techie. To use it in your app, you just need to drop in the JS, feed it the metadata for your database, then handle the change events to get the SQL and argument values.
